HR & Admin Clerk
(5 Day Work)
Responsibilities
-
Manage staff attendance record, payroll calculation & staff information update
-
Assist to coordinate various vendors for purchases of office stationery / resources, marketing & office equipment items
-
Communicate & liaise with retail shop staff
-
General office administration duties
-
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement
-
Form 5 or above with at least 1 year clerical experience
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese/English word processing
-
Immediately available is preferred
Accounts Clerk
(5 Day Work)
Responsibilities
-
Maintain daily operations
-
Monitor AR and AP transactions and communications
-
Manage outgoing bills and invoices and incoming payments
-
Other ad hoc assignments
Requirement
-
Diploma or above in Accounting studies
-
Preferably with 2-3 years accounting experience
-
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
