Finance & Accounting Manager
(5 Day Work)
Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for:
-
Full set accounting experience and management reports.
-
Providing support in financial analysis, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
-
Assisting the regional function heads on data analytics.
-
Analysing and commenting on the monthly financial projection and performance analysis.
-
Supporting regular and ad hoc analysis for senior management decision making.
To be considered a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:
-
Degree Holder in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines.
-
At least 8 years relevant working experience in the accounting field.
-
Qualified accountant of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia.
-
5 years of professional experience gained from commercial sectors, preferably retail businesses.
-
Strong knowledge in ERP system is advantageous.
Admin & HR Manager
(5 Day Work)
Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for:
-
Derive company C&B schemes and align with company long-term goals and objectives.
-
Evaluate the outcomes of the HR Strategy and ensure it remains appropriate and in line with the KPIs.
-
Develop and maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders.
-
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
-
Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
-
Understand the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals, and business plans of each division in order to provide a proactive HR service.

Ensure innovative recruitment is in place to meet company expansion needs
-
Monitor the team's other routine job tasks.
Requirement

Degree qualified
-
At least 5 years of relevant Admin & HR experience, preferably in Chinese-Invested organisations and retail businesses.

With a proven track record of success in managing all HR and Administration functions.
-
With substantial expertise in the setting up HR functions and leading recruitment process.
-
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Sales & Operation Manager
Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for:
-
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
-
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
-
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
-
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organisation officials, and staff members as necessary.
-
Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
-
Monitor businesses and agencies (3rd parties) to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
-
Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
-
Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
-
Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
-
Perform sales floor work such as greeting and assisting customers, stocking shelves, and perform actual sales technique.
-
Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales.
-
Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads.
-
Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, such as advertising and purchasing.
-
Recommend new locations for any new business expansion.

Plan store layouts, and design displays.
Requirement
-
At least 10 years' solid experience in retail operations management position of high-end jewellery industry.
-
Previous experience and steady track record in managing an operation of sales and operation teams as well as good understanding of general office management and administrative responsibilities.
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
